The Knudson tractor company has a long and rich history. Founded in 1888 by John Knudson, the company started out as a blacksmith shop in Wisconsin. In the early years, Knudson focused on manufacturing steel plows. In fact, one of their first products was a horse-drawn plow that could be used to cut through tough Wisconsin soil.
As the years went on, Knudson began to produce more and more innovative products. In 1916, they released their first self-propelled tractor. This was a major breakthrough at the time and allowed farmers to work their fields much more efficiently.
