Hesston farm tractors were first introduced in 1947. The brand was acquired by Fiatagri in 1991 and then by Case IH in 1999.

Hesston History

Hesston Corporation, now a division of AGCO, was founded in 1947 in Hesston, Kansas. The company got its start manufacturing agricultural equipment such as hay balers and self-propelled windrowers. In 1955, Hesston introduced the world's first self-contained hay harvester, which revolutionized the way hay was harvested.

Hesston has a full line of hay tools, balers, windrowers, mowers and rakes. Hesston also offers a complete line of harvesters for wheat, corn, soybeans and alfalfa.
