Deutz-Fahr is a German agricultural machinery manufacturer. The company was founded in 1864 by Georg and Wilhelm Deutz. The brand is known for its reliable, high-quality products.
The Deutz-Fahr brand has a rich history dating back to 1876, when Nikolaus Otto and Eugen Langen founded the N. A. Otto & Cie company in Cologne, Germany. The company initially produced engines for stationary applications such as pumps and generators. In 1886, they produced their first engine for a vehicle--a three-wheeled tractor--and by 1893 they had produced their first four-wheeled tractor.
In 1918, the company was renamed Klöckner-Humboldt-Deutz AG (KHD) and began producing agricultural equipment under the Deutz-Fahr brand name.
The brand's lineup includes a full range of tractors, combine harvesters, hay tools, and implements. Deutz-Fahr is committed to providing farmers with the best possible equipment to help them succeed.
